An estimate is not a measurement
A formula can predict resting energy expenditure from age, height and weight. An activity factor then turns that resting estimate into an estimated daily total. Both steps can be useful, but neither measures what your body used on an ordinary Tuesday.
The useful question is not which calculator displays the most precise-looking number. Check whether it shows the equation, which physical activity level (PAL) it uses and whether the result means resting expenditure, maintenance or an intake target that already includes a deficit or surplus.
